What's included in my order?
Each product ships with everything shown on its listing — for example, our Compression Packing Cubes arrive as a full 6-piece set (2 large, 2 medium, 2 small).
Are your bags and cubes machine washable?
Most of our fabric items — packing cubes, the toiletry bag, and the duffel — are cold-wash, air-dry safe. Check each product page for specific care instructions.
Will everything fit in a carry-on?
Yes. Our packing cubes, toiletry bag, and duffel are all built to maximize carry-on space, so you can pack more without checking a bag.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, then arrive in 7–17 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I need to return or exchange my order?
We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in their original packaging. Email us and we'll sort it out — see our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
