Processing time: Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1-2 business days of purchase.

 

Delivery time: We ship internationally from our fulfillment partner. Domestic (Australia) orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days after dispatch via our free shipping option, or 7-12 business days via paid Express shipping. International orders typically arrive within 14-25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

 

Please note delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to customs, peak season demand, or other factors outside our control.

 

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. These are not included in your order total.
